The Spring Signal Reset (Featured Program)
The Spring Signal Reset is an 8-week wellness program designed to help the body feel safe enough to release stress, stored energy, and old patterns.
Rooted in nervous system regulation, seasonal nutrition, metabolic flexibility, and recovery support, this program brings together everything Michelle has learned through years of studying nutrition, Ayurveda, behavior change, and whole-body wellness.
Participants learn how to understand their body's signals, build nourishing habits, regulate cravings, improve metabolic health, and create a sustainable rhythm that supports long-term well-being.
The program includes:
• Weekly group sessions
• Nutrition and lifestyle education
• Nervous system support and regulation strategies
• Seasonal eating guidance
• Two months of unlimited red light therapy during the program
