Project Therapy is your chance to slow down, get hands-on, and make something beautiful—no skills required. We offer 2–3 unique projects each month, rotating every other week so you can pick your favorites (or try them all!).
Evening Sessions – Sip & Create
Wednesdays or Thursdays, gather your friends for a relaxed, social night out. Bring your favorite wine (or try our mocktails) and let your creativity flow.
Saturday Mornings – Tea & Create
A slower start to your weekend with herbal tea, a healthy homemade snack (recipe included!), and a morning spent making something beautiful.
