FORME Movement Studio

Forme Movement Studio is the movement home within Willow Health + Wellness.

Led by experienced instructors, Forme offers intentional, strength-based movement that meets you where you are, whether you’re building strength, returning from injury, or simply wanting to move with more confidence.

Movement offerings may include:

  • Reformer Pilates

  • Mat Pilates

  • Strength training

  • Small group classes

  • Private and semi-private sessions

 

Each class is designed to support alignment, strength, and sustainable movement patterns.
