At Willow Health + Wellness, we believe that movement is medicine. That’s why we’re proud to host weekly classes at both of our locations — each led by talented, independent instructors who bring their own unique style to the studio.
While Willow provides the peaceful setting, classes at each location are managed independently. In Baldwinsville, all classes are offered through Forme Movement Studio, which handles scheduling, registration, and pricing through its own platform. In Camillus, classes are led by individual instructors who manage their own sign-ups and communication.

Forme Movement Studio
Forme Movement Studio is a boutique fitness space within Willow’s Baldwinsville location, managed by certified instructor Meg Kubiak. Classes here focus on functional strength, core stability, mobility, reformer Pilates as well as yoga and breathwork classes— all offered in small groups with personal attention and care.

Our Camillus location also hosts weekly wellness-focused classes, such as yoga, meditation, and Zumba. These offerings vary by season and are facilitated by independent instructors. Click the links below to email the instructor.
