Foraging Spring Herbs

This foraging class was designed to teach about the medicinal value of some of the very first wild plants to break ground here in Upstate New York during the early spring season. These plants share a common theme when it comes to our health and wellness. We will discuss how they help awaken our winter bodies and support the systems within for better health year round. 

This class was created for beginners with the intention to deliver the confidence needed to identify and use the plants around us.
