Rachel will demystify the pelvic floor and this seminar will answer the following questions:
- What exactly is the pelvic floor?
- What are the different types of incontinence and what can be done about it?
- What is a pelvic organ prolapse and what causes it?
- What types of pelvic pain conditions can be treated by a Physical Therapist and can yoga also be helpful?
