Yoga Basics & Beginners

This class offers simple poses for those just beginning their yoga practice. Throughout the 1 hour session, we will gently move through the transitions from several poses to awake your body, mind and spirit. Mats, blocks, and straps provided so all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind! Class is open to all levels. Modifications provided for those with limitations. This class will help you gain the knowledge of the names of the poses and how to safely and comfortably move from one pose to the next. Both men and women are encouraged to join, 16 years and over.
