Vin-Ha Class (Vinyasa + Hatha)

Saturdays 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and
11:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Embracing movement synchronized with slow deep breaths to encourage relaxation, deep stretching and coordination of peace and mind with body. Focus is on breath work during asanas to better deepen the pose.
Class is open to all levels, modifications provided to encourage all abilities to participate.
