Grounded Kids Yoga (7-14 yrs.)

Wednesdays: 4:30- 5:30 PM

 

A yoga class for 7-14 year olds in which kids build strength, flexibility and focus as they explore various yoga poses, breath work and meditation. The classes are fun and challenging, as each child is encouraged to become their best in a noncompetitive, accepting environment.
