Active Yoga with RachaelYou guessed it right, this class is an active one! I like to call it “Yinyasa”, a mix between Yin yoga (restorative holding poses), and Vinyasa Yoga (strengthening flowing poses). This class will tune you in, warm you up, strengthen you, stretch you out, and cool you down! All levels of yogis are invited to attend, even total beginners! When you enter this class, you enter a no judgment zone. The room and your mat become a safe place for you to practice. Movements are encouraged to be fluid and dynamic. Nobody has the same body as anybody else! Take everything at your own pace, focus on your mind and body, and do your best not to worry about what the person on the mat next to you is doing.(I know we all get judgy sometimes, but I will do my best to help you break that samskara (habit))
